A Taste

Sorry that I haven't posted in FOREVER. I'm not great at blogging so far :). Anyways, I have to sum up the last year and a half, so sorry for the lack of detail. The first big thing that happened since the last post was that Eric graduated last December (that's how behind I am). He got hired on as adjunct faculty and teaches visual media and advanced visual media in the communication department at BYU-Idaho.
The next big thing that happened was that we had a little boy! Guy Bradley was born May 6, 2011. He's perfect! The pregnancy was very uncomplicated. The birth was stressful, because his heart beat disappeared with each contraction. In the end he came just fine, and is very healthy

Shortly after Guy was born we decided that Eric needed a graduation present, and he bought himself a motorcycle. It stresses me out, but I do like seeing him happy :)

Over the summer Eric tried to surprise me with a trip to visit my family in Arizona, but we only made it about an hour before our car finally quit. We used the money we had saved and bought a mini-van...it's true, we are now a min-van family. Once that was solidified we made the long drive to Arizona. Paige's favorite part of the trip was the goats at my parent's house :)

We got home and began another semester, which is ending in 3 short weeks!!! During this semester was Halloween! We dressed the kids up as monkeys and we were robots. We had a blast at the ward party, and trick or treating. Paige really got it down this year.

The weekend of November 12th we got to go to Randy's (Eric's brother) wedding! It was a short trip, but we were so glad we got to go! Here's a glimpse into what the trip was like.

Since Halloween, we just spent our Thanksgiving break here with some close friends. It was really fun, and satisfying! Yesterday we went out as a family, got a permit, and cut down our own Christmas tree, and decorated it together, and enjoyed some frothy hot cocoa. Paige got to pick out the ornaments, and they are very bright! That is the long and short of the last year and half...I'll try to be much much better
